The Corporate Marketing department of BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe is responsible for licenses development management. The service creates worldwide marketing strategies, implemented by the distribution subsidiaries. 
The team is in charge of a portfolio that includes the Project CARS, Little Nightmares, Dark Souls or The Witcher brands to name a few and is managing the relationship with their respective developers.
You will define the product marketing strategies and, working closely with the subsidiaries' marketing teams, manage their implementation across all the territories concerned.
 
Your principal responsibilities will be as follows:
 

Profile

Educated to degree level or higher within a business school or similar environment, you have 5 years of proven experience as part of an international marketing team ideally in the entertainment industry (video games, cinema, toys, video on demand etc.).
 
You are proficient in English, both written and oral. You have a strong knowledge of entertainment industry. Some experience in the management of digital games would be an advantage.
 
You are a good communicator able to adapt easily to an international audience. You are diplomatic, persuasive, flexible and demonstrate creativity on a daily basis. You very much enjoy working as part of a team, and are also able to work autonomously demonstrating keen initiative.
You remain calm under the pressure. Your agile and analytical mind allows you to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
