As part of its Digital Ecosystem development, Bandai Namco is recruiting its EMEA Webmaster.
As a key member of the Web department, you are responsible for integrating all our contents (Trailers, Screenshots, Press Release, Announcement, Creation of Game pages & Landing pages...) in our Digital Ecosystem, according to release schedule.
In charge of our website (https://www.bandainamcoent.eu/), you have a first successful experience as Webmaster.
Very interested in Marketing, SEO and Analytics topics, you optimize your contents and measure their efficiency on a day-to-day basis. You provide regular reports, suggest and implement actions to improve our results.
Master of our web content, you are the main point of contact for our Marketing, PR, Social Media and CRM teams. Your role is to challenge them to get the content you need to achieve your objectives and to give them Web related good practices.
Fluent in English, you manage the content for all our subsidiaries in Europe (UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and France)
You are deeply interested in new technologies related to Web & Digital Usages, stay aware of the market practices and share with the team your findings.
User oriented, your knowledge in design allow you to build pages with interesting content for our users. You suggest on a regular basis some UX enhancements on our web platforms.
Your knowledge of our ecosystem and their performances lead you to manage some projects with your Manager and our development team.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
The Web Department is part of the Customer Experience Team also including E-commerce, CRM, Loyalty Program, Social Media and Customer Service
