Within our EMEA headquarters, you will join the Marketing department in charge of all titles that belong to One Piece, Dragon Ball, Naruto and many other fighting games, but also new IPs. You will work under the supervision of our EMEA Product and Brand Managers. Your main task will be to coordinate several specialized teams such as the Social Media Team, PR Team, Web and CRM to create meaningful marketing communications and coordinate their deployment across our online channels. In addition, you will have the task to communicate daily with other headquarters located in Japan and US, working with our external creative agencies to shape the assets needed to fulfill the communications objectives.
You will intervene on the following missions:
Provide your input to shape the marketing strategies of our games as part of their pre-launch and post-launch phases, in alignment with other macro regions: Japan and the US
Realize and coordinate the execution of the EMEA marketing plans with the creation of strong marketing assets, under the supervision of the Product Managers
Coordinate several departments (Press Relations, Digital, Community Management, etc.) to ensure the ideal and timely and effective deployment of every asset built in service of the communications objective of the campaigns you will follow
Contribute to support our local European offices in the organization of local trade shows through the building of relevant and engaging assets and activations
Follow and analyze the performance of our games in terms of sales and various other KPIs
Analyze the landscape of competitor products in order to extract best practises and apply them in the context of the games that your team is assigned to
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree majoring in Marketing / Product Management / Project management
Proficiency in the Office package (Power Point, Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills along with fluency in English
Knowledge about the latest trends in the gaming industry
Interest in anime / manga, and Japanese culture in general
Humility and desire to learn
Ability to organize in the management of different files and the treatment of priorities
Meeting the deadlines for the various projects
Ability to work in a team in an international, young and dynamic environment

Contract: 6-month internship (no work-study program)
Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from 1,000€ up to 1,100€ per month)
